If the Users tab is not populating, especially after an update, open the DAS Database Configuration Utility and click the "Apply Updates" button. This will make any updates to the database required for the software update. It will also ensure that DAS-SQL is reading from the correct table in the database. This can be done multiple times with no adverse affects to the database. Click Close to start the service and close the utility

**The BiometricAccess service will need to be stopped to enable the utility.**
